i have been researching this to some extent over the last few days.  YES some (not all) urchins will eat some anemones.  do your research.  the internet is a great place to get info, but always double check with a reputable LFS who deals in marine animals before doing anything.  also remember that just because your research says these two species will get along well, doesn't mean they will.  there's no guarantee when it comes to nature.
