Will sea salt spray damage my hair?

eg. the sprays people use to get "beachy hair", which contain salt. If these will damage my hair, can someone please recommend a product to me that will give me the beachy look, with lots of volume, and without the damage? Thanks!

No its perfectly fine for your hair. i have very damaged hair and its curly so i use this a lot to keep from blowdrying it so much. i use sedu sea salt spray it works great. you can buy it off of.. folica.com
