Will setting off a fogger a room not only kill its exhisting bees but also make the ones in the wall come out?

I would like to kill the exhisting bees that are in the room, but I'd like to cover the hole on wall and wait for the beekeeper/exterminator to come out to rid the bees that are inside the wall. I don't know exactly what type bees they are, but they're yellow and black I believe. I'd call them honey bees but not sure. Also, what will have to happen to get the bees out of wall like if a beekeeper comes out. Do beekeepers do the work for free because they may want the bees? What's an average price to pay for eliminating them?

Probably yellow jackets...........let off the bug bomb but do not stop up the hole in the wall as this seeps into cracks and crevices.....then cover the hole...
