  1. that is a bloody good question,, excuse the pun !  yes i would say the odds would go up ,as the shark has got an acute sense of smell .shark attacks a very rare in any case ,just try not to look like a seal ,if your menstruating or not

    .

  2. You might want to read this article about menstruation and sharks from the Ichthyology Dept. at the Florida Museum of Natural History...

    http://www.flmnh.ufl.edu/fish/sharks/isa...

Edit: I saw the link wasn't working so I fixed it. It's a good article, I hope you get a chance to read it.

  3. Yes....yes they will..... however, they are usually hunting near the beach at dawn or dusk....be careful.

  4. Menstrual blood may also attract sharks, but there is no indication of increased attacks on menstruating women. Many women dive safely while menstruating and until controlled tests involving non-menstruating and menstruating women occur there is no definitive or scientifically proven data that states women are at more risk of shark attack during menstruation.

  5. Stay on shore.

A friend of mine cut his ankle just a little bit and soon after that a couple of sand sharks circled us in shallow water.

Guess they have a good sense of smell.

    Chris, funny ;)

  6. ^^^ Hahaha funny reply

I would imagine so because the blood is the same blood. A shark can smell a drop of blood miles away.

  7. I'm sure even a shark is smart enough not to mess with a woman during her monthly :o
