Will she call me back?

Question

Tonight, i finally got the courage to call a girl that i really like. We are part of the same teen church group so I know her quite well. We have also been out a lot with friends for bowling and beach days. I just want to know if I screwed up, because i called (i think she realized i was nervous) and she said she had to check her schedule and with her parents. This was just for a bike ride - not a true date - so i don't know if she just waived me off or not cause she didn't call back and it's been 3 hrs. (she generally responds faster) Can someone please tell me if a one on one thing may have made her too nervous or something.

Aw bike riding is a cute 'semi-date'. I'm a senior in high school and I would definitely love to do something simple like that; it's very thoughtful. And don't worry about this girl, she really could be checking with her parents or maybe >she< doesn't want to seem too desperate so she figures she'll just call you tomorrow and let you know. well 3 hours is a while but then again it depends when you said you wanted to go for the bike ride? if you didnt make that part clear, then wait another day, then ask again and if she sounds hesitant, say you've invited some of your mutual friends from your church group. Then if she wants to, you better invite some people!

No, maybe not nervous. She may simply not want to go one on on with you on a bike ride.  Maybe you should have asked her where she would like to go sometime.  She also may not be interested.

It depends on your age if your a young teen maybe she really did have to ask her mom to go on a bike ride? but if you are older than 13 then i would say she isnt into you because no one has to ask their parents about going on a bike ride unless its far away.  but only jesus knows....

i do think she is nervous she probably likes you 2 and is freaked that's its your guys first time alone. i would say just to wait and pray that she will answer soon. its all you can do and if she says no just keep hanging with friends it might be more comfortable for her.

If she doesnt answer by tommorow, you can try calling her back, and if she says no, blow it off like it means nothing, so that you dont seem desprate
