Will she go to jail?

(yes, I've posted before I need more input because I'm so worried)

I was walking down the street and some crazy bag lady walked by, threw up on my shoes, and started to stumble away.

I yelled for her to stop and she pulled a broken whiskey bottle out of her beehive hairdo and threatened me with it.

She then tried to assault me but tripped and her prescription meds, crack pipe, and heroin needle spilled out all over the sidewalk.

I ran screaming for help. Luckily, I was able to get away.

Will Amy Winehouse be punished for this? I want justice!

The crack pipe and heroin needle are possession of paraphernalia. That is typically a felony...

When she threatened you with the bottle, that can be tried as aggrivated assault with a deadly weapon, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct (in a stretch).

However, I don't know if she was arrested, indicted, or charged at all with these crimes.  If she was, then I think the case is pretty solid and she may spend a few years behind bars, but if she was not, then nothing is going to happen to her.

Winehouse is just one on the long list of people who messed up.

Those who had career, fame and fortune. And were not smart enough to keep the vices behind closed doors. You can do whatever and be super talented. The public forgives as it is understood that it mentally takes much out of a person to reach the top.

But in her case...... she is just a S****y weird looking drug w***e who was not smart enough to hide it. Her life is her life but she should have been smarter.

I would question anybody who would idolize her.

Most likely but the problem is do you have any evidence? Can you prove it?

Sounds like disorderly conduct and drunk in public to me....she will definitely, at least, be put into rehab!
