Will silver prices start rising any time soon?

It depends, if Dora the Explorer finds a lot of it then the supply would go up which may cause a decline.

Im hoping its topping off now. I hope gold and oil are too. If the fed increases the interest rate say goodbye to high oil, gold and silver prices. Im glad the dollar is down because it brings manufactoring jobs back to the U.S. however it makes everything go up in prices. Then again if the dollar goes back up and China is still putting in a huge demand for silver and all basic materials, prices may stay near the levels they are now. Hopefully since our economy sucks, hopefully it will dampen thiers, thats what they and us are hoping.

I bought two ounces of silver two weeks ago, but it was to hold onto for maybe forever, maybe even pound it out into something cool:)

Keep an eye on the Dollar...if it resumes its long term decline, I am sure you will see significant rallies in Gold and Silver.  However, if inflationary worries subside and crude oil drops, the Dollar should rally, and that will likely result in lower prices for Gold and Silver.
