Will sky digital run on a pal 50 display?

Ok yes that the simple Question that I would like answered but its a bit more complicated. I have a dazzle 100 video capture card and if i set my xbox 360 to pal 60 it dosnt work as it dosnt support pal 60. It does however support pal 50

So i would like to record sky to my pc BUT.... will it work on my pal 50 video capture card
