Will sleeping with my legs out make me taller

I'm 15 and I'm 5'10 and i wanna reach six feet so bad ill even sleep differently

my dads 6'2 but my mom's 5'5

is there any hope

  3. your mom is only 5'5"... its not likely that your fathers 6'2" is going to help you much more.  probably topped out now, but 6 foot could be possible but not by anything you can physically do.  Your genes are your genes and you cant change those... yet.

  10. What is your shoe size? Most of my family was short at about your age but had huge show sizes for how tall they were... now they are all pretty tall (well.. on my dad's side) same with me... i have huge feet and am really short...

    also... drink milk... eat more veggies and excersize. if you dont get talller... dont worry about it.

  13. If you're a guy, you still have time to grow- my brother was 5'3 when he was 15 and now he is 6'3. NO, sleeping with your legs out will not make you grow.

  19. 5'10 at age 15 is good. You're still going to grow even more.

    I think you will pass six feet by a couple inches. I dont' know about sleepiing patterns to grow.

  21. You're still growing, you'll get there soon. You could always stretch if that makes you feel better. I doubt the sleeping thing helps, but you could always try that. You sound like you think you just stop growing at 16 or something. Be patient and it will come.

  22. 5'10'' is pretty tall in my opinion. In fact, it's taller than the average man (5'8''). Sleeping with your legs out is healthier, and if you are still growing, then it will make you taller. I think your best bet would be to take up basketball, swimming, or track, because these sports involve lots of leg movement.

You have at least 3 more years to grow, some people even grow during their college years.  Since your mom is 5'5 and your dad's 6'2, I'd say you'll grow to be at least 6', you don't have to do anything other than eat healthy and exercise to reach your maximum height.  Really, there isn't anything other than that.  There's no secret sleeping method.

    Don't worry about it too much though, you're already above average U.S. Height which is only 5'9.

  26. No it won't just be patient. I played football and wrestled at 15 and I was 5'6 and 119 pounds. At age 19 I was fully grown at 6'2 195 pounds. My cousin was 5'10 at 18 and over the summer grew to 6'7 just be patient and drink milk lol.

  27. If you are meant to be tall then you will be.  It doesn't matter how you sleep and it doesn't matter what you do.  If it is meant to be it will be.

  28. Your genetic makeup determines if you will be taller. There is nothing you can do to speed it up or slow it down. Just focus your life on becoming a better person through diet & exercise, and being an overall good person. That's what really counts, height shouldn't matter so much.
