Will smoking pot the night before effect the results of my blood work for my physical?

I am 34 and and just had my annual physical exam. The Dr ordered a complete blood panel and urine sample for the exam. I had smoked pot the night before and am worried the results will be skewed because of it. Will smoking pot have an effect on any of these routine blood/urine test?

umm yes.. it will deff. show up in urine. i dont know about the blood one tho man
