It's the imaginary currency that would be created when Canada, the US, and Mexico join together to form a North American Union, modeled after the European Union.

Some people have conspiracy theories about plans for this, but there isn't any real secret.  A lot of people want closer trade ties between the countries, obviously the open borders issue would get testy.
