Will somebody get in trouble if they use a credit card number out that was put out on purpose to use?

well i was on youtube and and this one person put a credit card number, security code, expiration date, and a name on the card for people to use on a website. So if somebody goes and use that on like amazon can they get in trouble even thoe it was given out to the public thats not stealing.

  1. that's called theft, fraud, jail tie guaranteed - don;t you think by now that number has either been maxed out or canceled? unless you want to be Tyrone's b*tch in the big house, don't even think about doing such a thing


  2. You have no way of knowing if the person giving you "permission" is the actual owner of the account--and in an age of identify theft, you should know better...so yes, you could be held guilty of theft.
