LOL. Yes man. You need to dispose that pillow right away. It not only make you sick but also give you uncurable diseases. Those nasty particles inside your body fly out and get into the pillow when you f**t. If you sleeping on that pillow, for sure you will breath in some of those particles. And you know what they contain. When those particles get back inside your lung. Because your lung is thin, it is vulnerable for those diseases to attack your lung and from that, they enter the bloodstream and spread out to the entire body, in a quick manner. So my suggestion is that Don't let anyone f**t on your pillow and don't use the pillow that was farted on.

yes, because its just like sneezing. Gas particles come out of you and land on the pillow, therefore any disease that can be transmitted through air or even touch (common cold, pink eye) is transmitted to the person who touches that pillow next.
