Will someone give me an example of how xm and sirius shares will calculate if the merger happens thanks?

lets just say i have 52 shares of each im trying to understand the 4.6 of sirus shares for each xm share just give me an example

  1. Basically you will own 4.6 shares of Sirius for every XM share you own.

    There will be a merger..it's just a matter of how long it will take. The FCC chairman, Kevin Martin, has approved it..now it's up to the other commissioners.
