Do you know of a.......

Taco Inn or a Kips Bigboy that still exists anywhere????

Ive heard rumors that they still do.....

I refuse to ever leave this earth until I have had one more taco burger and one more hot fudge cake.

There are a few Bob's Big Boy still open in the Los Angeles area.  When Big Boy was all the rage, the owner, Marriott sold franchises to large areas, in LA, it was called Bob's, other locations were different names, Shoeneys (sp) was a large franchisee.  It is the same restaurant.  One is near the Burbank / Toluca Lake area.  Now I must admit that I haven't heard of a Kips Big Boy in the chain.  

I thought I saw a Taco Inn but don't remember where.  There is a website for Taco Inn but it is in Spanish and I could not figure out where the English translation is nor where the link for their locations were.  www.tacoinn.com

Robert F's suggestions are good but I would mention the Bacon Burrito Dog at Pinks and add In-N-Out burgers as well.

The only Taco Inn I have ever seen was in Lincoln Ne.  I checked and they still have a website.

i live in Oklahoma but i am right next to the red river so i can travel to Texas anytime i wanna in less than 40 min.No i havent heard of Taco Inn or Kips Bigboy around Texas or Oklahoma.I dont think they have them anymore but if they ever did in the past i didnt know about it.Sorry if your disapointed but a taco burger or hot fudge cake sounds SOOO good!!!! Sorry have not heard of either of these places in East Texas or Louisiana. Have heard of Bob's Bigboy but that was when I lived in California. You should be able to find a taco burger on the west coast. That is where I have one - when I lived in Los Angeles. However, can't remember the name of the food place - I think it is likely out of business. It has been over twenty years ago.

If you live in LA check out Tommy Burgers or Pinks. It is not exactly what you are looking for but it is a consolation prize since you are in LA.

In texas there is a place called Taco Bueno- I do not remember seeing a taco burger on the menu (I would have tried it) - it is sort of like Taco Bell - but much better food and in greater proportion. After I went to Bueno I could not get myself to eat at Taco Bell anymore (it just was not up to par anymore - the bar had been raised by Bueno).

I live in southern (and sometimes central as well) Arkansas and sometimes northern TX and I have neither seen these! That doesn't mean they aren't there, though. Good luck!
