Will someone photoshop a picture for me? (wont take up much time)?

my nose looks bigger than it does in real life in this photo,

but i dont mind the picture,

i think its a liquifying tool that can change shapes and sizes of things? i dont know,

im new to photoshop 7.. and have no idea about CS3.

so if someone could help, id be really greatfull, and give you best answer ^___^

I didn't make it that small because

one i was not using photoshop i used photofiltre

and two I don't think you have a big nose so....
