What Dim Sum?

What is Foie gras?

What is Pho? I think I have seen this on the marquee of Vietnamese Restaurants. Is it a noodle?

  1. Foie gras is specially fattened duck or goose liver, usually produced by force-feeding. It's served in gourmet restaurants and is controversial because of how the animals are treated and raised.

    Dim sum is a category of Chinese food, I think of it as an assortment of appetizers - many dishes are served as dim sum, at the second link you can see a list and photos.

    Pho is a noodle soup.
