Will someone please help me?

Question

Ok, I have a pictuare saved already on my computer that I would like to use as my default pic instead of my avatar. I have a 360 account. When I go to my 360 account, I go to my page. then i click on edit photos. Then I browse for a pic, then I open the pic. Then I click save. I then go to my answers profile. I then click edit my profile. Then I click on to use my 360 picture but it wont work. Any ideas.

dude you are just suppostu right click your avatar and options and go from there not what u are doing
