Depending on the saying, Feebas will appear in 6 separate spaces in the river. So once you find a space with feebas, don't change the saying, cuz you can rack up Feebas, which people really want because they evolve into milotic.

I caught feebas on my old ruby version sometime ago but I don't have it now, but what you should do is 1.go to the boy in dewford and tell him the new thing to say is "beautiful girl" then go to the fortree river and fish every space under the bridge atleast 3 times,( he is actually pretty common in the area he is at and he won't move unless you tell the boy in dewford another word to say).
