Extremely unlikely.  Dreams are not visual events, it's just the abstract concepts.  But even if it were possible, dreams are disconnected from reality.  That's why we often dream we are flying.  We 'do' things in dreams that we've never done, or wouldn't do, in real life.  But have some fun.  Write a story about the invention.
