Will soon be my 1st wed anniv want to get my husbands favourite song as a single on cd . Need some help please

Question

the song is Dancing in the dark which has huge sentimental meanings to us. i have it on Bruce Springs album but just want it on its own. Believe there is a website for this sort of thing but can't find it.

oh come on. upload the whole cd into itunes

make a playlist of that 1 song

and burn on to a cd

I suppose it depends on if it was ever actually available as a single CD, might be worth try Ebay?

Why not try a different slant though?

Burn a compilation CD with Dancing in the Dark as track one, then add another 9 or 10 songs that mean something to both of you?

You could add sleeve notes that has the title then underneath a couple of sentences that describes what the song reminds you of: -

Track 3: Keane - Somewhere only we know

Reminds me of the time we walked along Thorntonloch beach and we felt we were the only people on the planet,

etc, etc

You could pick out a favourite photograph of the both of you, and title the Album "Linda & 'name' - The Love Album" or the early years.

You could add another photo as a back cover and put the date and a brief dedication perhaps?

People tend to appreciate gifts where there's some thought gone into it.

If you can't get hold of the cd single, buy it on download then burn it to cd, maybe with another special song or two.

not sure if this wil help but I got songs of YOU TUBE UK you can download them if you have the means to on your pc just type in the song and it should be there, good luck.

You can not buy this track on cd single it was never released as a cd single. the best thing you could do is to copy the track off the album on to a cd for him.
