No. The only bleed-off from a colony would be in infrared radiation and it would have no measurable impact on the solar system compared to the vulcanism and other natural heating of the planets and the heating caused by solar radiation. The colony would need to be in direct line-of-sight with another body for any radiation to reach it, making it even less likely.

As the first poster said, the radiation wouldn't stay in the solar system unless it hit another body so it wouldn't meet current definitions for pollution.

Thermal radiation from such colonies would leave the solar system at the speed of light, the same as un-captured sunlight.  Nothing would hang around to behave as a pollutant.
