    Squats are bad for your back though

  3. No, the only thing that can stunt growth is HEAVY lifting in the gym when you are young and still growing.  Moderate weight and light weight has been shown to be fine.

    Make sure you keep your core muscles contracted when jumping to support the organs and lower back!
