Will stickers on my guitar affect it in anyway? Will taking the stickers off affect it in anyway?

If you mean the original factory stickers..then those would affect your resale value. If you mean just stickers you put on. I wouldnt recommend it, again it will affect your resale value, should you decide to sell it at some point.

Other than showing some of your personality, no. Stickers do not affect the sound of your guitar.
