Question:

Will straight 5s on all my AP tests have a hugh impact on Dartmouth / Ivy League admission?

Recently I recieved back my AP scores from the College Board and recieved a 5 on both US History and Calculus AB, the only two AP tests that I took. Though two AP classes is not a lot, it is all that is offered towards juniors at my school. I was wondering if the scores of these tests would make a major positive impact in terms of my ED application to Dartmouth, or would it pretty much do little due to the plethora of smart, straight 5s students applying.

  1. Colleges only look at your AP scores when considering granting credit, AFTER they have accepted you. So, to answer your question, no. They won't even see your AP results.
