Will swimming 5-6 times a week for 3 months?

Tone me up enough for someone to notice a difference after not seeing me awhile?

Probably not a big difference, but it will help if you eat right, too.

yea you will have to work though its not just going to happen by doing ten laps every time your going to want to do it as much as possible

(I hate when people do this but if you could answer my question that would be great yahoo answers is having a bit of problems for a lot of people they cant see new answers in catagories only on the home page where they only get like 20 questions so you might not get many answers)
