    (about 3-4 products down)

according to the description, it should work pretty well. hope this helps, though I recomend trying it on a garbage piece first just to be on the safe side :)

  2. Yes Tacky Glue will help. If possible use a sealer

on the ends so the clay won't drink in the glue.

  3. I think that it will hold

just make sure that you hold the clay piece on for a bit after gluing so that it's more stable

    give it a little pressure

  4. "Magic Mud" seems to be an earth clay which will dry in the air, or can be further hardened in a kiln.

I'm not sure what adhesives are good for earth clays after they're dried.  They are porous though, and "white glues" work well for porous surfaces ("tacky glue" is a thick version of white glue) so I guess you could try those (prop, or weight/clamp while drying if necessary for good connection).

Another possibility, I think, would be a 2-part epoxy glue which is a strong adhesive, but check on the label to make sure it also works for porous surfaces.

Gorilla glue or other polyurethane glues will hold almost anything to anything, so you could use that but it requires clamping/weighting and will swell while curing so either don't use too much or wipe it off as it comes out --it's yellow btw.)
