Will take any kind of decent job in san francisco?

Hi,I'm a holder of an H4 visa, technically I am not allowed to work though I am allowed to stay legally here in America. I am just wondering if there are such decent jobs especially in san francisco that I can get into without ss number?

Not really, no.  Any "decent" employer is going to require a SS number.

try going on craigslist to search for a job. or go to a staffing agency they will have more info.
