  1. No there would be no adverse effects by taking them all together.

  2. Chicken essence? Are you from the south? j/k

I never had side effects from spirulina, but it goes down better in capsule form. (It is a hard taste to get used to if you mix it with water)

Fish oil gave me heartburn, so I get my omega 3's from ground flaxsee. hope all this helped

  3. All three of those are essentially harmless and have no negative synergies.   The problem is if the animal contains toxins (which are then concentrated in the oil).

For instance, most brands of fish oil contain mercury, and there are only a few brands which are not mercury laden (and hence are ideal to buy).

Similarly, with chicken oil, if you get one from a chicken conventionally raised, there are probably harmfully things concentrated in them.

Truthfully those risks aren't that significant (and they probably won't make you noticeably sick), but if you want a thorough list, that's what I'd add.

    Hope that helps!

  4. Chicken oil? WHat the heck would someone take chicken oil for? I take chia seeds for omega 3s.( no burping) Spirulina is just good protien so no problems there.

  5. Nordic Naturals Omega-3 fish oil is fresh and the best I know of.  Why would you take the other oil ??
