Will taking vitamin B change WHEN you ovulate?

I know it lengthens the luteal phase, but does that mean you will ovulate at a different time? Like later or earlier in the cycle?

  1. Nope. It balances out the production of estrogen and progesterone and helps production of both, but it won't change when the follicles are mature enough to rupture, nor does it change anything about the LH surge.
