Will talent agencies sign you if your are not part of sag or another union in LA?

since everything in LA is basically SAG how can I get an agent to represent me if i am not eligible to be a part of sag for right now? Thanks

Yes, many agencies will take on non-union actors, especially if their focus is industrials and local commercials.  There is a lot of non-union work in those fields.

i think it is unfair that it is hard to get an agent in LA if you arent a part of a union because you have to do SAG work to get a card but most SAG work you already have to have a card so.................... yeah the whole thing is kinda messed up which is why there are so many independent films out there

if you have a lot A LOY of great experience and training it MIGHT be possible
