Will target return comforter without package?

i bought a duvet cover from target two weeks ago, paid quite a bit of money for it too and the border is falling off of it. will they return it for me?

As long as you have the receipt, I would take it back to them showing them the border. If you don't have the receipt, then they won't do anything at all. Make sure you take it back prior to 30 days from when you bought it.
