Will tazorac hurt me?

Question

i have mild acne that i want cured right away. i found online that about 10% of 1000 people had uncomfortable side effects, but i found it in a medicine cabinet with other old things left by my brother, who had acne also. will this hurt me? also if i use the following things i've found by peoples adivice, will it cure my acne overnight? (keep in mind im all for the long run, but schools tomorrow.)

orange acne wash

mayo

lemon juice

Don't over wash your face...That's bad...

Tazorac burns.  and NOTHING gets rid of acne overnight.  You can put something on it to lessen the swelling (colgate toothpaste, hydrogen peroxide, or something over the counter).  I have never heard of using mayo or lemon juice on acne.
