I recently bought tea that had bits of white chocolate, toffee, and hazelnut in it. I left it in the bag that it came in (not air-tight) and then forgot it in the trunk for a couple of days. It's summer and I was told /never/ to leave food in the car- even if it is mac-n-cheese in a box or any cans. I know that the tea wasn't exposed to sunlight; however, I wonder if it will be okay to consume in case of the chocolate melted or there could be mold growing from summer conditions.
