  1. lets hope so! yes, it was brilliant wasn't it.

incidently, bagpipe music always makes me cry, and my kid thinks i'm nuts!

  2. they are, my best friends boyfriend is playing at the ceremony.

    that answers your question straight.

  3. Well if they don't it will be a disgrace.

  4. dnt think sooo!!!!!!!

  5. Why not a massed band of the Scots, Irish, Welsh, Grenadier & Coldstream Guards then noone will be left out.  After all, the British marching bands are the best in the world.

  6. Do what you know best and those are their best therefore will be there.

One more thing, must do what are expected and also those nobody will expect to be up for show.......surprise of a Surprise.

Must be very original and the British can do it as they are inventors of many things.........one of the best is the hoover craft.  I sat the biggest one on the English Channel from Dover to France( Calais)..

  7. Probably not, the people of the UK seem to see "precision marching" and the likes too "robotic" and "lack human touch".

The organizers just announced that they would not uphold the tradition of holding the opening ceremony in the stadium in 2012. What I really see is, they are are trying to escape the worldwide focus on the opening performance. Oh dear...

  8. dont know!

  9. After seeing and hearing 'Scotland the Brave' played on bagpipes throughout the opening ceremony at the Beijing Olympics nothing would surprise me!
