Probabaly yes. An average movie of your length takes up about 900 mb. So your movies will take 2.7 gb.And your songs are going to take at least 3.1 gig and your 700 photos r gonna take about 700 mb assuming they are from a decent digital camera.So that adds up to 6.5 gb..and im sure 30 apps can't take that much space but i'd get a bigger iPod if i were u in case u wanna add more songs in the future

it depends on how long the songs are and how much space the apps need... but im taking a guess that u can prolly hold 800 songs, 600 photos, 3(2hr) long movies, and 20 apps

well of course it depends on how long all the songs are

if the songs average about four mins. each then i think you will be able to fit evrything and a little more

but remember when they say 8gb your really only getting about 7.5 they just round it up so you think your getting a tiny bit more

top be on the safe side i would get a sixteen gb model just becuase you will most likley be adding songs in the future and you dont want to fill it up a week after you get it (know what i mean)

i think you sould wait a whil;e to get one though becuase with the iphone 3G out now and a lot cheaper then the first one the price will probaly drop in the very near future

there is an apple event (I think, pretty sure) on sept 9th will they are supposped to (rumored) to unvil new nanos and an ipod touch 2nd gen which will push the price of the first gen way down
