Will the Bengals finally sign Shaun Alexander?

After releasing Rudi Johnson, the Bengals have some question marks at RB. Alexander has mentioned wanting to finish his career with his hometown team (Cincy) and there was talk of a transaction earlier this year. Will they take a chance on him? Give me your insight please.

  1. Alexander is actually a good deal for the Bengals. He is a decent platoon back and defenses will respect him more than watson or perry. It would make sense for the Bengals to sign him to a one to three year deal. He will latch on somewhere and better a team with a passing game and decent offensive line than one without.

  2. Dude, Alexander is done.  He has microfractures in his feet or something like that.  He will probably never carry the ball in the NFL again.

  3. No because he is injury prone

  4. Hmm, it's a possibility.  If either Watson or Perry gets injured that very well may happen.

  5. maybe but he won't because of his injurys often

  6. Alexander is past his prime and wouldn't do a good job for Cincy. I wouldn't pick him up if I were in the Bengals' front office.
