Will the Bulls make the playoffs this year?

If so, what record and seed do you think they'll have? I'm predicting a 40 win team with a 6th or 7th seed.

im thinkin that they might make it. but not too sure.. although the low seeds of the east are weak, chicago will have to fight joe johnson and josh smith of the hawks, vince carter of the nets, and maybe the uprising of a new milwaukee

Bulls,Heat and the Hawks will fight over the last two spots in the east.

They should Derrick Rose is a good addition I say they will win about 35-40 games and be a 6-8 seed

Definitely. The Bulls just resigned Luol Deng which was really a top priority. With Rose running point, Thomas, Deng, Gordon (If he's still with the team), Noah, Nocioni, and others will all excell due to Rose's ability to make the game easier for everyone. Deng will have the breakout all-star season that didn't happen last year and the Bulls will win around 45-50 games, take 2nd in the central division, and 4-6 in the east. They will not likely win the Championship, but I think they will surprise some teams and get through 2 rounds of the playoffs. The following season, they will win 55ish games and win at least the east. (Boston and Detroit are getting too old.)
