Will the umpire decision review system, introduced in Test matches over the 2009/10 winter, be used in the 2001 ODI World Cup?

It’s being debated by the ICC, with ICC General Manager – Cricket, David Richardson, stating after a meeting of the ICC Chief Executives' Committee this week that: “There was also constructive discussions on whether DRS should be used for the ICC Cricket World Cup”.
