***Will the GTX 260 fit in my case?***?

Question

I ordered a GTX 260 but now i am wondering if it will fit. I have a Cooler Master Centurion 5 case. Here are pictures:

After i measured, looks like it JUST manages to fit in.

Btw, 2 more questions...

1. Does anyone know how loud or quiet the GTX 260 is?

2. i have 3 empty spots for cd roms (5 total), is it possible to put a fan that is quiet and will take up all 3 spots?

it would be a tight fit. as what ive read, gtx 260 is about 15-20db it just give a bit of hissing sound. go for 120mm fans for your front panel slim type fans since what ive read they are quit.
