Will the HP Pavilion-DV9822TX, be good enough to play Sims 2 & all installations and fun packs?

Sure a lot of laptops can play sims 2. but I want to play comfortably, fast and without glitches, bugs, freezing, slowness, breakdown, bad graphics etc.

I do not know how to make my own laptop.
