  1. Maybe. It depends on a number of factors. The best bet is to call 1-800-829-0582, extension 726 and inquire.

  2. When someone is being audited the IRS puts a hold on the account that keeps any refund or stimulus checks from being issued.  You can call the IRS at (800) 829-1040 and tell them you have not recieved your stimulus check.  If you filed your 2007 return before 04-15-2008 all the stimulus checks have been mailed out.

  3. most likely

  4. Audited? what year?  when did you receive the notice that you are being audited?  what is the letter number you received?

It is really hard to answer without knowing a little more but if you account is not showing a balance due at the time your rebate is schedule to be mailed then you should receive the rebate.  IF your account has been assessed then IRS will keep the rebate and offset to any balance due.

Contact IRS at the phone number listed on your letter they will be the ones to help you with any of your questions.
