Will the Jets become the Celtics this year with loads of bandwagon fans?

Question

I've been a life long Jet fan my entire life and I've been through all the tough seasons like last year, and in 04' when we should of beat the Steelers in that divisional game.

I know there is going to be a sh&tload of bandwagon fans to jump on this team if we are as good as we are on paper.

Does this bother any of the REAL Jet fans out there.

Im glad we got Favre but I know one guy can't radically change the team, albeit a quarterback can have a huge impact.

not really, as a jets fan, im excited and hope we acutally make to superbowl even though we have to give Packers a 1st round ( but seriously, 30th pick, its worth it)

many ppl still think Jets arent good to be in playoff.

They dont realize the weapons we got, Richardson blocking for Jones? incredible, the new TE dustin keller is a great weapon.

a lot improvements on both offense and defense.

I could definitely see the Jets picking up a ton of bandwagoners. But make sure you figure out the difference between a bandwagon Jets fan and a Brett Favre fan. Favre may have a fan base that he brings with him who coincidently cheer for the Jets just because Favre is there.

well you got one more fan, my cousin is a huge favre fan. he isn't a bandwagoner, just a fan.

The Celtics put together an excellent team and added 3 all-stars to a field of 5. The Jets added one all-star to a starting field of 22, Brett Favre will help them win a few games that they otherwise should've lost, but they still will only win about 9 games max. I don't think the Jets will have too many bandwagoners, except for die-hard Brett Favre fans.
