As far as I know, there is no plan to release an LG enV³, although LG is most likely in the process of making it.  As the LG enV² was released just last May, Verizon Wireless will most likely focus on that for the Christmas season.  I'd expect announcement (or the leaking) of information regarding the LG enV³ (or possibly a different name) in the beginning of 2009.  

If you're looking for QWERTY phones, Verizon Wireless did release a bunch this year, including the LG enV², the Samsung Glyde, the Samsung Alias, and it's believed that a major firmware update will be released soon for the LG Voyager, which is supposedly called the "Voyager Refresh."
