Will the Marina in Bognor Regis, West Sussex ever go forward and be built?

Personaly I think that it's looking very doubtful. The idea has been bubbling away for more than a decade when the cost of the development was in the region of £100 million pounds. 10 years on, I hate to think what the estimate would be, the council will need major Government assistance to get the project kick started again.
