Let's face it, in the business of professional sports all teams share revenue from home and away games.

Therefore, which quarterback will sell more game tickets and merchandise- Brett Favre or Aaron Rogers?

  1. Other NFL owners may get involved in as much as perhaps when Brett comes as a visiting QB ...GB fans are known to to a bit of traveling...but secrectly I don't think so.

I just don't think other teams want chance disrupting their team efforts to risk Favre...give up an early draft choice or two for someone who maybe only there for one season..not good business sense to me. The only winner would be Brett AS USUAL.

  2. Why would an owner do that? Revenue sharing? Only if Favre plays in your stadium. Why not try to get him in a deal and have him play for your team for 8 games? No I don't think there's that much under the table conspiracy going on in the NFL. Besides that no team can make an owner of another do anything.

  3. Brett Favre will most likely do better this year than Aaron Rodgers would. I don't see why NFL owners would push to make it harder for them to win against the Packers. More wins = more attention from fans = more money, so having Favre reinstated to play against them would actually lose money, right?

  4. No, but it looks like the commissioner has already been involved.

They share revenue but not all the revenue

  5. Other owners can't force the Packers to start Favre
