  1. How bout

    a-h"OLE"s!  a-h"OLE's! a-h"OLE"s!

that sounds much better to me ah hahahaha

  2. Well it didn't work last year did it?

  3. It's a tradition of course the chant will continue.

  4. It only works against Boston...

    The roaring 20's are over.

  5. Actually it's their mating call. "Old Lay, Old Lay"

  6. Hey i didnt work last year and its annoying. I like in soccer but not in hockey and i love watching the habs loose its great.

  7. K, i hear them chanting before the game even starts, of COURSE it's going to continue.

they're cocky as h**l, which is not necissarily bad, but it's true.

they also sing "nananana hey hey hey good bye" during the first period lol.

gotta love those Habs fans. (actually not really)

  8. I hope it'll stop. It's stupid. It's a Spanish soccer chant. How many Spaniards play hockey in the NHL? How many Spaniards even play hockey? How many of them even know what hockey is? They probably think it's Canada's version of soccer on ice or something like that (because we all know Canada has ice all year round...). After that, Habs fans'll destroy another 20 police cruisers.

Seriously, I see it as a curse because fans are being overconfident. Not just with the Bruins (almost choked) and Flyers series, but with the Canada/Russia game in Quebec City too. That was a major choke.

  9. I couldn't imagine why it wouldn't. I hope it will, so Boston fans can continue to do this.
