  3. It would be funny if the Packers won the Superbowl because of the Favre contract thing.

  4. uhmm .. i hope the jets lose all of their games because of favre .. can't stand the man

this is coming from an ex-die hard jets fan

t quip .. u are truly a dumbass .. do u kno who the fuc|< the jets coach is ? .. he's a wannabe billichick .. u cannot possibly succeed being an impostor

and thanks for calling me out like that .. ur a true gentleman

  5. Jets easily.

Packers will be lucky to finish .500

The Packers let go of the only player reliable enough to score for them when they traded Favre to the Jets.

Jets have Talent on their team to score, and the only thing they were missing was someone to toss the ball and take control. Favre has the experience and with the Jets offensive Scheme similar to the Packers (pretty much the same playbook, just plays are a different name) Favre will fit in easily. Look for the Jets to go 10-6 this year and make the playoffs.

Look for the Packers to be sitting home playoff weekend watching Favre continue the season, while the Packers are grilling hot-dogs wishing they had a full stadium still cheering them on in January.

Ari can spin it like he helped most politicains. Just have the Packers stand firm like this was all part of their plan, and they knew it was coming, and that their team will continue to grow and do better. As soon as Brett Stumbles a bit in any game, be sure it will hit Front Page News all through Wisconsin, but when he breaks a game record, it will get pushed to the back page of the classifieds section.  Thats how Ari works... if its good for his client It makes it front page, if it isnt, it gets pushed under the rug.

  6. Jets because of Favre. The Packers will struggle to go 9-7. The young QB may eventually be a good one but right now he is basically a rookie.

  7. i think packers, just cause from what i saw of rodger in the pack and cowboys game, he didnt do bad. i dont see any reason for the packers not being good this season also. i dont see them doin nething but going hope...at least i hope ill keep my fingures crossed!

  8. I hope A-rog has a great year and cry-baby favre falls on his face.

  9. Jets.

Because the Jets had a WORSE 2007 season, and have a more favorable schedule ahead vs. the 07 Packers, who just-missed the Super Bowl.

Because the most of the Packers offense is wearing Jets' green now.

Because the Jets have the Dolphins and Bills 2x on their schedule, anyhow.

(The Packers more than ANYthing else, let Favre go simply to SAVE $$$ long-term. They're gambling he doesn't have 2-3 years left, and you know Favre's going to keep getting paid top dollar until he hangs the up. His retirement dance every year with the Packers was JUST negotiation, and putting the Packers in the position of needing to get him back, and PAY for him. He's shred, and he's well-paid. I don't know if he'll play next year for the Jets, but this year CAN be special -- and the PATRIOTS picked a bad year to save MONEY on their secondary, now that the Jets can throw more than 7 yards down-field or to either sideline.)

  10. Should still be the Pack... I hope they learn from leting Favre go tho.
