  1. last night i nearly gagged i hope it will not happen again  so am not looking forward to it

  2. Yes they are going to say well she had them write her a speech, because there is no way a woman could be that intelligent.

  3. You liberals have done a fine job of lowering everybody's expectations of Palin - she's going to blow your socks off.  You're only hurting yourselves.

  4. I don't feel any dread.

  5. NO...Why would it?

  6. We can only hope.

  7. Dread? More like exuberance.  The only way Democrats are going to bat an eyebrow is if Palin surprises us by showing she's actually been the chairman of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations for the last 7 years, has actually been governor of a state that has more than 700,000 people for longer than 20 months, and has done something more substantive during her term than selling a jet on eBay and abusing her power to get a state trooper fired.  Let's not forget, this lady was asking just a month ago--"What is it exactly that the VP does?"

  8. Surely you jest. Palin should bow out for the sake of her party and let them pick someone else.

  9. yes we're really feeling dread these days:

    obama: 50

    mccain: 42

  10. I think they should continue what they're doing. It's pulling off their holier than thou "I'm more educated than you but you're a rich neocon who doesn't care about poor people and loves corporations, even though I invest in corporations, like Michael Moore, my hero" mask, and exposing them for the petty, desperate bigots that they are. Either they'll fall off their ivory towers or people will look up and realize that they are living in ivory towers. One way or another, they're only doing themselves a disservice. Keep at it, Dems, please. :)

  11. You're not getting it.  To Dem's, Palin is the gift that keeps giving.  I love the fact that McCain nominated someone who was already under investigation by her states legislature.

  12. I hope so.

  13. I think the McCain's will revert to the FEAR factor, you know, if you vote Dem the world will end, your tax will be higher than your income, BS like that.

Because they have very little credibility at the moment, they can't go off past performance, they got to disassociate with the present leaders in their own party.... they just have very little  to offer  .... so I think it will be repetitions of FEAR this & FEAR that!.

  14. The way it has hit a nerve......and the expansion of the Daily Kos to now post on YA, shows the selection has them very worried...

  15. She's going to be all peppy and poppy, like all beauty show contestants, soooo feminine, and the neocons and their enablers, the mainstream media, won't be able to stop gushing how this trailer trash deserves the second highest office in the land.
