Post mail doesn't usually run on saturdays and holidays

U.S. postal is closed Holidays, however is usually open on Saturdays until noon. So, yes...July 4th it will be closed. Will reopen again on the 5th.

if you mean july 4th no mail, if you mean july 5th yes.
